As Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to run and influence marketing campaigns to support the growth path of Spire Weather. In your role you will focus on lead generation and Sales & Marketing Operations. 
You’ll manage various stakeholders to produce integrated digital marketing campaigns for a wide variety of content, including blogs, social posts, case studies and videos. Your creativity will help us expand our online presence — and to do it better than ever.

You will also serve as a bridge between sales and marketing, making sure that our marketing machine is running smoothly. 

Objectives include:

Integrated Campaign management 

  • Brainstorm, create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns mainly focused on inbound marketing, SEO, and email campaigns to drive customer acquisition & retention using our marketing tech-stack.
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on marketing calendars and go-to-market strategies across each marketing touchpoint using data on top-of-funnel channels including (but not limited to) paid ads and social, organic, social media, data stories, webinars, events, and blogging;
  • Seek out and utilize different marketing vehicles to increase demand and develop our target audience, including identifying new demand generation channels (partnerships, specialized publications, events etc) 

Reporting and KPIs 

  • Measure and optimize campaigns, report results, and propose ways to improve, operating based on the data available; 
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting sales KPIs providing real-time visibility of performance and how to improve it, including identifying gaps in reporting and creating reports to enable complete visibility across lifecycle stages

Sales and Marketing Operations 

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand our sales process, garner a clear picture of customer needs, and constantly iterate on improving our sales funnel metrics.   
  • Implement tools and processes for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Identify opportunities for sales process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ Experience in using Hubspot or Salesforce or any other marketing automation tool.
  • 4+ years of campaigns marketing management, and/or content marketing experience.
  • 4+ Experience in B2B Marketing 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess base knowledge and marketing foundation skills, with channel expertise in Performance, Content Marketing and Marketing & Sales Operations. 
  • Good stakeholder management skills with a strong interest in working closely with product, creative, developers and brand teams.
  • Proven track record in driving results and moving quickly to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
  • Proven experience implementing and measuring marketing campaigns with end-to-end online sales and marketing software (Hubspot)
  • Demonstrable experience in handling SEO/SEM strategies and an array of additional inbound marketing tactics to drive acquisition
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and expertise in utilizing content marketing to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement.
  • Extensive practice leveraging Google Analytics, Google Adwords, experience with content management platforms such as WordPress is considered a plus.
  • Experience in Maritime, Tech, Data Analytics or SaaS industries is a plus

  • HubSpot Certification
