Marketing & Events Coordinator

As a marketing and events coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in helping Spire space services marketing operations, CRM management, event logistics, vendor onboarding, and building nurture campaigns for our prospects. You will be the glue between product, marketing, lead qualification, event organizers, and other cross-functional partners. You will help design, develop, and implement systems, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the marketing outreach campaigns.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who is keen to learn and grow to own field marketing. You are passionate about learning new tools, have an experimental mindset, have a result-oriented mindset, and like to work in a collaborative environment. You have gained exposure to B2B SaaS marketing and are willing to learn on the job and gain expertise with the Spire marketing tech stack.

Successful candidates will be collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and have the ability to work independently.

Job requirements:

  • Learn the sales process and customer profile. Find and evaluate events for Space services. Collaborate internally to build the right on-ground team and lead project management for exhibition booking, sponsorships, and media engagement.
  • Set up new vendors, manage POs, and process invoices. 
  • Work with vendors for building exhibition stand, and marketing collateral needed for the event. Collaborate and build keynote presentations for speakers.
  • Coordinate with comms, product, marketing, sales, leadership, legal, finance, and vendor procurement team to organize the event. 
  • Identify opportunities for marketing to nurture process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Own the social media, email marketing, and CRM management for all events and workshops.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in using Hubspot or Salesforce or any other marketing automation tool.
  • Campaign marketing management, and/or content marketing experience.
  • Experience in event, trade show, exhibition, and webinar management. 
  • Experience in B2B Marketing
