We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our existing in-house recruiting team. The Technical Recruiter will be on the front-line to create strategic attraction while recruiting the best global talent for an extremely unique and high growth company.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will engage with potential candidates on a personal level, reviewing, consulting and assisting hiring campaigns. We want you to search as wide and as fast for technical talent potentially across all of our 6 office locations.
Responsibilities of your role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will report directly to the Co-CFO, you will work side by side with our global hiring managers and engineers to attract and search out the top percentile of technical talent.
You should be confident and skilled in managing the recruitment process from initial engagement to onboarding.
You'll have a broad understanding of the internal recruitment process at Spire and manage multiple pipelines in multiple locations simultaneously.
Ability to operate in an autonomous working environment that isn't based on daily KPI's and Micro Management.
Be a champion for first-class candidate experience and understand local labor market compliance.

With a keen eye on the tech recruitment market, you'll be solution-focused, able to prioritize and manage complex stakeholders effectively and be ready to be proactive in this professionally unique environment.
Implement effective social media tools that attract the right people for the right roles.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 7+ years experience in technical recruiting in the Science, IT, Tech industry
Extensive experience in screening candidates for both behavioral and technical fit
Ability in building robust talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing strategies
Passion for continuous improvement, refining sourcing strategies based on qualitative and quantitative metrics
Able to perform independently under pressure
Superior attention to detail
Tech savvy with a love for learning
Sense of humor!
Strong candidates will also possess skills in one or more of the following areas:
Preferred experience managing the candidate process through Greenhouse
An existing network of relevant technical talent for our global offices
Experience working in the space industry is a plus!
