Voice extraction with AI enhanced transcription, tip & cueing, fingerprinting

Turning intercepted signals into actionable and targeted intelligence

Extract voice from short-burst communications, cue ISR assets in near real time, and fingerprint repeat emitters. Regardless of the need, Spire helps realize the value of intercepted RF signals from LEO, transforming raw RF emissions data into actionable intelligence for better decision-making.

Voice extraction and AI-enhanced transcription

Spire’s continuously evolving algorithms deliver accurate audio extractions and speech transcriptions of, public and multi-language voice communications in VHF/UHF land/marine comms, even from short and noisy signals. Both audio and text can be recovered for any unencrypted voice communication.

Voice Extraction enables the recovery of intelligible speech from known and public radio standards, both analog and digital, and applies AI to enhance it with translation and transcription and to assess intent and threat likelihood.

Key benefits

Tip & cueing

Spire’s tipping and cueing capabilities combine ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) assets across domains – including electro-optical, SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar), high-resolution optical, and hyperspectral-enabled satellites – to deliver visual intelligence for your geolocated coordinates.

By integrating high-resolution optical, multispectral, SAR, or infrared visuals with RF detection, Spire enhances situational awareness and elevates mission-critical decision-making.

Key benefits

RF fingerprinting

Spire’s RF fingerprinting technology analyzes transmission patterns – including transmitter frequency offsets, timing jitter, and power consistency – to create unique signal “fingerprints” for each transmission.

By cataloging these identifiers and comparing them across detections, Spire can identify recurring emitters, even if they are intermittent, mobile, or lack standard identifiers, enabling passive detection of spoofing attempts or repeat emitters in contested regions. The larger the catalog, the greater the intelligence advantage.
