Predict AI, Tankers in the Persian Gulf (24 hours)

This is a plot of all ships reported through the Spire Predict AI API. It includes tankers with predicted or last reported AIS positions in the last 24 hours. These readings are from the Persian Gulf and draws from the Predict API which is based on the Vessels API, so only vessels with consistent static information to identify the ship are included. It does not report duplicate MMSI reporting ships.
Predict AI API predicts future positions of ships in intervals of 15 minutes from their last reported AIS position. This can be generated for ships that have not reported position updates in the last 15 minutes and the data is updated every 15 minutes.

This chart shows the hourly frequency of when a vessels last position report was received by AIS reported ship type.
Note: Snapshot taken at 18:28 so the largest number of vessels last reported at 18 then 17, 16, 15 etc.
