Global FTC Recruiter
We are seeking a full-time contractor for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at Spire Global.
A Talent Acquisition Partner at Spire Global plays a crucial role in helping to build strong, capable teams and prides themselves on acquiring top talent for our organization. This role involves strategic collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the globe to understand our technical and non-technical workforce needs. Our TA Partner has the hunger to execute on full lifecycle recruiting to deliver qualified, interested and available candidates to fill those positions.
What You’ll Do:
- Job Analysis and Planning: Conduct Hiring Kick-Off meeting with hiring managers to understand the requirements of a particular job, including the skills, qualifications and experience needed to be successful in the role. Use this information to provide a market analysis to the hiring manager.
- Source Candidates: Actively work with Talent Scout & Sourcing Partner to search for candidates through various channels.
- Screen and Interview: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for positions.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers: Provide data-driven communication and reporting at least weekly for continual understanding of needs, pipeline health, feedback on candidates and recommendations for recruiting strategy adjustments when necessary.
- Champion the Candidate Experience: Be a champion for a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) or other tools. This is imperative for your accountability to adhere to SOPs and SLAs.
- Facilitate Interview Decisions: Facilitate final decision with Hiring Team after interviews.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between the candidate and the organization, involving all approval parties before discussing a formal offer with the candidate.
- Talent Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through multiple platforms and venues by building a reliable pipeline of talent for critical job families and future positions through our internal CRM.
- Compliance: Ensure that recruitment processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Preferred Skills:
- Passion for continuous improvement, refining sourcing strategies based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Proven record of building talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Ability to produce results autonomously in a global environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in both in-house and recruitment company for international roles
- Effective influencing & negotiation skills.
- Experience managing the candidate process through Greenhouse.
- Experience working in the space industry is a plus!
- Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience.
Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this contractor position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in office.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for annual equity awards and our employee benefits program, including vacation, sick, and personal time off; optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(K) plan; health and wellness reimbursement program; and participation in Spire’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
